Questions
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in euros to the account of Beethoven Conservatory of Vienna GmbH; for transfers in dram there is an account in Armenia. Put your full name and discipline in the payment reference and send the proof of payment with your application. The bank details are on the Apply page.
How do I apply?
Download the application form, consent form and regulations for your competition, record your video and pay the fee. Then send everything in one email to golden_
Is there an online form?
No. You apply by email and attach the signed application form as a PDF.
How will I know my application has arrived?
You receive a confirmation by email once your documents are complete. For the young musicians’ competition, the organising committee confirms receipt within five working days.
How old can my video recording be?
For the opera competition, no more than six months; older recordings are not accepted. For young musicians: one unedited take with the performer and instrument visible throughout. See the recording guide for tips.
When is the deadline exactly?
Young musicians until 15 November 2026 inclusive, Festival & Summer Academy until 15 November 2026. The video pre-selection for the 2027 opera competition has closed. Late or incomplete applications are not considered.
